This sample privacy notice explains typical data handled by a design/editor service. Fyona may process project files you upload (text, images, LaTeX/HTML), minimal account details (email, language preference), and service telemetry (error logs, render timings).
Demo retention policy: project files remain until you delete them; telemetry is rotated after 30 days. No advertising cookies are used. Access to stored content is limited to operations staff for support and abuse prevention.
Uploaded files are used only to render previews, exports, and agent responses you request. Account email supports login and critical alerts. Aggregated, de-identified metrics help us improve performance and reliability.
You can request deletion of your projects at any time. If you use institutional or student plans, your administrator may view usage summaries but not your draft content. For assistance, contact support with your project name and request ID.
